Статтю присвячено розробленню та впровадженню методу мультикомпонентної психологічної підтримки для військовослужбовців Збройних Сил України під час широкомасштабної збройної агресії рф. Визначено, що в умовах високого темпу життя, зростання рівня стресу та кризи, спричиненої бойовими діями, турбота про психологічне благополуччя військовослужбовців стає надзвичайно актуальною. Розглянуто сучасні підходи до психологічної допомоги в бойових умовах з урахуванням досвіду війни в Україні та міжнародних стандартів НАТО. Узагальнено основні компоненти й етапи реалізації методу мультикомпонентної психологічної підтримки – кризову інтервенцію, стабілізацію, реабілітацію та супровід військовослужбовців.
